I have a zune.  It's broken.  Again.

I own an 80gb Zune. I think the biggest question is who owns a 30gb (1st gen) Zune.

By the way, the Zune is the best media player-only media player (read: the iPhone/iPod touch is the only piece of hardware with a leg up on them; if only they were cheaper).

Hopefully things will not end tonight.. I still have a lot of things and some more women on my list!

The Time Warner and Viacom beef will result in us (the consumers) losing badly. it sucks that the big corps are trying to save money by putting pressure on the network broadcasters. I'm in the online Advertising biz and it's the same everywhere. (The K&L incident personally caused me a few headaches with their ad campaigns.) But that is NO excuse for the actions being taken. Let's hope for the best in '09, but I'll keep my fingers crossed just in case.

Fuuuuck, I have Time Warner.

Wait, I never heard about this.  So what will happen?  Is it zombies?  Locusts?  Now I'm worried, all I have is a broken pellet rifle and a kitchen knife.  I hope the world ends next year instead so I can prepare better.

In the UK, it's illegal to do ANYTHING in your car.

In Australia, its illegal to use a "handheld" phone whilst driving (that includes text), however it's totally OK to drive with a whopper in one hand and a jumbo beverage in the other.

Solution: get one of those 80's telephones shaped like a hamburger.

Wow, I have a 30gig first gen Zune and didn't even realize it was broken until I read this.  In visiting the Zune website, it's going to remain frozen until tomorrow at which point I'm supposed to reboot it after noon.  What the F.  Tax return can't come soon enough to get myself an iPhone.

I'm in Mexico right now with my family and some hawkers were like "Hey, you want Cuban Cigars?" and my brother said "No, they bad for you!" and they said "Hey, the world's gonna end in 3 years so it don't matter!"
