Does anyone notice the ads!?

I sure as hell don't! I was on the Rock band 2 page when I saw the Gears 2 ad. I really like the way you guys handle ads around here. Keep it up!

could get confusing if people think thats the game page they are on - but very subtly placed :D

I just went to the RB2 page to check it out. I got a good chuckle out of it, too. And...why would you turn off ads? I'd understand if they were popups, but do images like the Gears 2 ad really piss you off? I can't see why they would.

I think for some of the first ads added to this site, it is a good start. There can be some improvements though.

Jesus Christ, I've only been on the site for a couple of minutes, but I only noticed them when I saw this post. I'd have expected to notice them. I don't really mind. Although based on this page, this is only the beginning, not that I mind as long as the site keeps being able to offer the great content it does, more adverts don't really bother me.

I have only seen one add and it was gears of war 2.

Meh they dont bother me, and there only visible for the first 5 minutes.

I like it that they are not annoying and take up the majority of the screen.
