@Morrow I don't believe they add them to the system. Sony's trophy system has been messed up in that way for a long time. It takes trophies from new games forever to show up on their website as well. Giant Bomb only pulls the data from Sony. This was an issue when they first started implementing the trophy system as well. The U.S. website didn't have a ton of trophies that the EU site did, so they started to pull data from there as well.

When searching your PSN ID on Sony's US site XCOM does not show up.

I recently finished getting all A ranks on the Gamecube version, but I ended up picking this one up anyways.

Somehow this "HD" version looks worse than the Gamecube version. The textures on Sonic's shoes are a prime example. They look like garbage in this release, but they look fine on the Gamecube. The same goes for the look of everything else.

No, you won't have the save anymore since you traded the cart in. You need to have two DS's so you can link the original and the second together. The only thing that'll do for you is change some of the story events so they refer to what you did in the previous game.

You can also transfer your old pokemon later in the game like always.

Boy, I feel kind of dumb, but where did you find the pre-order codes. I picked up my copy at Best Buy today, and received no additional content. Is it emailed out?

In the specific case of the Wii-U I actually care about the level of tech behind it. I normally don't with Nintendo consoles. However, with the Wii there were a whole bunch of games that could have benefited greatly from better hardware. The most recent game I played that fits this example is The Last Story. It had some pretty good visuals for the Wii, but that came at the price of an awful framerate for most of the game. Now things like that don't necessarily have to happen.

In general I also think that the better tech will allow Nintendo to do a lot more with the first party franchises that we all know and love. Will they actually do a lot more with them? Probably not, because they seem to release similar games constantly, but we can only hope.

I got all A ranks in Sonic Adventure 2 battle recently. That's pretty much the equivalent of mastering the game.
