Computer games: Amnesia, hands down. Had to stop playing 10 minutes in because it was making me too uncomfortable.

Films: Human centipede - didn't so much scare me as freak me out, and that was only from watching a trailer! Actually had a nightmare about it, I hadn't had nightmares in years prior to it.

Books: Um, nothing I guess. Then again because Im not a horror fan, I dont think Ive ever invested in reading any horror books. Closest probably being "John Dies at the End" by the editor at Cracked.com, but that was more dark humour than horror.

I guess so. I just find the fascination with pickups and SUV's a bit childish really. Don't get me wrong, I love a Hilux or a RAM as much as the next guy. I just don't think that a "modern" individual would ever need one. The times I've seen anyone actually transporting something in the back of a pickup that wouldn't fit in a normal sedan are outnumbered by my toes. And if you ever need to move around an arcade cabinet for example, it's much cheaper to rent a van for a day than pay enormous amounts for gas each week.

I drive a Shogun because at least once a week Im carting a car full of ice hockey players + full kit bags to arenas around England. Tried doing that in a normal car but space is an issue, hell even in the Shogun its still a squeeze! On top of that, its already proven itself to be ideal in a zombie apocalypse:

Totally agree though, the average driver on the road doesn't need a 4x4/SUV/Pickup.

Ive got the XIM3 myself and have found the acceleration and accuracy to be the exact same as the PC counterpart (tested with Battlefield 3, Duke Nukem and Saints Row 3).... with tweaking. For example, when I first stuck on Battlefield 3 I couldn't turn nearly quick enough but if I upped the sensitivity it just meant that I could no longer aim. Took a bit of tweaking, adjusting the accelerator and the key mappings but eventually I had it like for like to my PC version. On a hardware level, I find the XIM3 to be a perfectly fine device.

I sold my old gaming rig and placed a new 360 in its place and to me its like Ive not changed anything, aside from now having the ability to have near instant start up time on the console and no compatibility issues to worry about. However, on the flip, I find most the games Im playing at the moment are better suited for the joypad (SR3, NFS: The Run and Skyrim).

Im running "biodiesel" in my car, £1 per litre ($1.58US per litre). A huge saving considering my last car used petrol (and a lot of it, being a V6 3ltr!) at £1.44 per litre ($2.27US per litre).

Car has a 90 litre tank so filling her up keeps me going for weeks on end now. :D

Interested to see some thoughts around this device. For those that dont know, the XIM3 allows you to hook up a mouse and keyboard to your XBOX360 and map the keys accordingly. Microsoft reputedly looked into doing such a thing officially but determined that the advantage it gave other joypad users was too great (not dissimilar to the old PC vs Dreamcast Quake 3 issues all those years ago).

Microsoft have confirmed that they have no problems with the XIM3 device and have not moved to ban it in anyway. I've seen quite a few complaints that the XIM3 does give an unfair advantage particularly in online FPS games (CoD, BF etc) as the precision it allows is far greater. However, at the same time I've seen lots of people argue that they can play far better on a controller than they can on a mouse and keyboard, which would suggest that there is no real advantage but rather it boils down to what the individual players feels most comfortable with?

I guess the true test would be to find a selection of players who are the best of the best with the mouse and keyboard and pit them against another team made up of the best of the best with joypads and settle the outcome that way! Interested to hear the community's thoughts on this though and any logical reasoning's for or against the device.
