Well they're staying fairly tight-lipped but the implication seems to be that it will be for all future Rockstar games, so you'll start seeing whole crews seamlessly shifting back and forth between the games. It'd be cool if this carried some form of additional ingame benefit, like money and so on (though admittedly money could be a flakey one if for example people start farming in one game and feeding the cash into another).

Just came across this, thought I'd share;

Source link: http://www.rockstargames.com/newswire/article/23171/multiplayer-crews-revealed-on-ign-play-from-max-payne-3-to-grand.html

A feature debuting in Max Payne 3 and carrying over to Grand Theft Auto V and future appropriate titles, Crews go beyond traditional online clans by allowing players to join large public Crews or simply create a private Crew that members can customize. In this way, Crews help players keep the fight alive from match to match - and even across titles - through the Rockstar Games Social Club, which will keep track of Crew stats, including Feuds (more info on that below).

Looks to be a pretty cool idea but I wonder if its more of a gimmick rather than serving any real ingame benefit? The article covers it in more detail but its still interesting to see devs willing to play with the crew/clan concept a bit.

Note: apologies if this should be in another section, couldn't decide which would suit it best!

They've got a twitter and facebook account, you may get a bit more traction if you post on there. You're right enough though, can't see any password reset option on that site!

Jaffe.

Not so fussed about his occasional rants - we're all entitled to our rants from time to time - but he just seems to have one of those faces that you could never get bored of slapping.

Looks good, but Im hoping that it doesnt rely too heavily on party NPCs, yet to find a game where they help in anyway (aside from as pack mules). Still, be another fantasy title to occupy me for a week or so!

Ahh, FF7. The game where I used to cast the dual Knights of the Round then go off and make a cup of tea while it played through the long animation twice!

I would play a FF7 Remake but I'd be just as happy with a tidied up HD version - keep all the same graphics, content, music etc, just allow me to play in a sharper resolution and without having to jump through various OS compatibility hoops to get it working.

What does it matter if shes from Iran?

Sadly the clip misses out the epic fist fight between the two of them....

But yes, couldn't give a monkey's about who the reviewer is when I read an article to be honest and I dont think GameSpot deserves any "special" credit aside from perhaps picking up a good reviewer? As for GameSpot, Ive never felt moved to sign up there, its not exactly welcoming.
