My electronically purchased games.
This is the stuff I've bought from digital distributors like Steam, GOG, GamersGate, PlayStation Network and occasionally directly from the developers.

Game of the year edition on Steam. Wasn't even cheap, but a couple of euros cheaper than the also too expensive price I've seen in retail stores.
Also on Steam, and also not _that_ cheap. But I figured it would take a year or two until I'd see it in stores for that price.
Steam (also on GOG, when it was released DRM free there)

Probably not going to play it much these days. But I did play a lot on a pirated copy back in the early 2000's, since there were no digital distribution services back then and the game was nigh impossible to find in Swedish stores, and felt I should make up for it by buying it.

The first game I've bought digitally TWICE.
My first purchase off GamersGate.
Less than 3€ isn't bad, considering I was almost ready to purchase it on Steam for 10€.
And now, I've bought it on Steam for €1.49, because the Gamers Gate version was annoying to patch and kept getting missing/corrupted files. I've never encountered that in any other game - but at least with Steam I can verify file integrity - though I should probably have contacted Gamers Gate Support instead. Well - I'm stupid, and it was cheap.
On Steam. Game of the Year Deluxe Edition with all the DLC, even though I already owned the old GOTY edition on DVD.
Gold Edition. GamersGate summer sale.
