My Favorite Capcom Characters
I'm not knowledgeable outside of Capcom but here are my favorite Capcom characters.
I'm not knowledgeable outside of Capcom but here are my favorite Capcom characters.
There is more than one to love! Kind of like those pokemon things.
She's not really a hugely favorite character but I enjoyed her. Her win quotes and attacks make me laugh and her attacks themselves are unique.
Canon Spikes and Canon Drills for all!
I have a soft spot for alcoholics.
Capcom's first lady. She doesn't need to be honored anymore but who cant help but love her?
She's kinda gangsta, only you want less to do with her than them.
Young Paparazzi in training?
Even after 800 years, Ryu manages to be a fan favorite.
A lot of Capcom fans don't care for him, I don't mind Dead Rising 1 but Frank West is an awesome character to me and I'm hoping we see a lot more of him with Chuck.
After making his debut in Onimusha: Warlords I was left hoping for more and more hacking and slashing with this ancient warrior.
Ryu's female clone with a twist. Oh M.Knight has nothing to do with her and her awesome attacks.
One of the lost relics from Warzard. Tessa made a wonderful appearance in Pocket Fighter.
A touch chick who rides a motorcycle? Who doesn't love her already? Oddly she's been toned down a lot and given a more "caring" feel to her character.
I'd probably dub her "The Sunshine of Rival Schools."
My love for Lilith is the same as for Sakura. She's Morrigan with a small twist. Her short ranged projectile and super jump make her fun to use.
A Capcom list without him isn't the same.
Jill is everyone's favorite deli meat. She even managed to be the first Resident Evil character to cross over into the Versus world.
Morrigan who original wasn't supposed to be the key character from Darkstalkers had slowly evolved into just that. Her story changed and gave her more importance to the series and Capcom has managed to try and cram her into almost every Versus game possible.
Don't be so angry, kid. At least you can throw fireballs and jump ridiculously high.
Before RE5 Chris was still the man.
Jedah comes off as a villain but his real intentions aren't so bad. Plus his stage has a giant baby with an exposed brain. Awesome Possum if you ask me.
Saki came from a mysterious Capcom game from Japan. Her second appearance was as an assist in MvC and later she became a cool playable character in Tatsunoko vs Capcom. I think the fact that Capcom is even willing to add Characters we might not have even heard of before into their games is great.
What guy doesn't love a dumb blonde? Her attacks aren't bad and the fact that she can help give your character a boost in Rival Schools makes her all the bit more interesting.
An extra 4 slots to hold stuff in RE: Outbreak? Yes please!
Although I never planned or plan to use her in Street Fighter Alpha 3, she is one of the characters who manages to stand out pretty well in the huge cast of characters. You also have to find it funny when she flings her rear at the opponent.
He supposedly steals Chun-li's panties...wtf?
One of the creepiest characters in the RE series. I do wish Umbrella had taught him more words though.
An angry P.E. teacher...haven't we heard this one before? At least he can beat people up with a wood sword!
Its kind of sad Capcom hasn't expanded on him more or at least slipped him in for more cameos.
I laughed when he died. Thank you for adding comic relief to RE3.
"NOT MY FACE!"
You keep on dancing little robot monkey!
Although his outfit leaves a bit to be desired everything else about him is pretty cool.
"LOVE FOR YOU" is the strangest thing on earth. Millions of doll heads hurled at you all at once.
Ace is a little too overrated for me.
What a getup! I don't know whether to admire the artists for making something unique or laughing a little.
One of the cooler and more mysterious characters in the Resident Evil Series.
He'll pick his nose and crush you to death!
Originally from a manga about Sakura, Karin cemented the Ryu clone idea for Sakura. Karin also has some great attacks and adds a bit of new personality to Street Fighter Alpha 3.
I think he would have been an interesting addition to the small characters in Tatsunoko Vs Capcom. He's almost an empty slate at that.
If only I got a chance to play him in Plasma Sword. He's still pretty awesome in MvC2.
I know she is more owned by Arika if anything but I enjoyed playing her muchos.
Although he is racist I have to admire his interesting attacks and ability to eventually overcome his prejudice in the Rival Schools series.
A possible canidate for Battle Royal 3?
She kills dinosaurs! Her versus Jill in a game would too awesome to pass.
Probably one of the biggest cult favorites among SF/SFEX fans.
The Akuma of Darkstalkers
The opposite of Akuma, Gouken had some great mix ups thrown in. Hopefully Ryu's style will reflect more and more of Goukens.
Capcom is pretty good with some of the insane bosses. This one is no exception. He also manages to dress up and pretend to be Batsu.
I know everyone just thinks of him as an SNK ripoff of Guile but I actually enjoyed his design.
Of all the characters people keep pleading to have spin offs in Resident Evil, It'd be awesome to this gunshop owner get his own. I bet he actually knows how to use a gun unlike most of the cast.
She wasn't too awesome until TvC. Some Mega Man fans still want to see her playable as an extra character in a Mega Man game.
Arika did a neat with her by changing her character up. She got a new costume in one game and a weapon. I know there is a lot of EX hate but shes not all that bad of a character.
This kid needs therapy :3
