Dude. I have the exact same problem right now. I've lost China and Japan and I lost Japan because a UFO was flying over their territory and I didn't have an interceptor to dispatch (mind you, this was a couple of hours in the game and I had barely any money to buy gear and excavate my base). I'm now in a mad dash to build satellites and uplinks but like you said, that takes time AND I'm in the process of upgrading my soldiers weaponry. Some input into keep countries happy would be welcomed.
i was downloading slender and then i chimed in right before his run where he did it all! i literally screamed "YES!" when he popped the hostage holder in da head. what a great day for the world. WE NEED A TEAM BRAD SHIRT TO COMMEMORATE THIS.
Not going to lie. When I was 13, I was lived g4. Cinematech, icons, arena, g4tv.com, cheat (Diane mizota!), electric playground, blister, C play were all decent shows for my teenaged video game obsessed mind. I used to post on their forums too. Once Kevin and Sessler left it was pretty apparent the network was on heavy duty life support. RIP
Morgan Webb, call me! I can help you through this bb!
I had my first and only (crosses fingers) kidney stone the night of my 21st birthday. I thought I was dying or something. It took about 20 minutes of me writhing around on the floor in pure pain for my friends to go "alright, let's go to the hospital". When the clock struck midnight, I spent my 21st birthday drugged out on Vicodin watching Steven Seagal: Lawman with my closest friends. Wasn't a bad birthday night after all.
I'm in the process of going through the old bombcasts myself, having only discovered these guys in late 2011. Right now, I'm in August of 2010. It's great. Like someone said before, sometimes the older games they talk about can get REALLY dry, but there is always enough funny and entertaining banter from the guys to keep it fresh.
I just got this game because I've nothing but great things about it on the internet. Now, I was not keen on this site in 09, so I never did watch the Endurance Run, but it is my impression that that is a big landmark on the site. I have free time at my job (graveyard shift) and I spend a good amount of time watching GB videos on my computer. I guess my question is, would watching the Endurance Run of P4 completely kill my urge to play this game? Should I just forget about watching it, play the game, and when it's all said and done, then watch the ER? I hope that doesn't sound like a stupid question. I mainly want to watch it for the commentary, because Jeff + Vinny = Gold. If you have watched the ER, played the game, or both, please lemme know. Thank you.
