Think about the platffrom we´re actually talking about here. You guys would whine your asses of if you controlled your walking with your thumb in some clumsy manner. Adapt the game for the platform. Dont try to make an iPhone game somethink it cant be. Dont look for advanced controls on the Iphone, the only thing it´ll do is dissappoint.And I´m hella glad they realized this for Doom.I´d rather not scream out "RAILS" and ignore the facts here.. "
I think I don't mind it in single-player games but I think it should be less common in MP. If you do lots of damage to someone, they should stay that way, not they get rewarded for running and hiding for ten seconds. Nothing beats the feeling of having very low health and still surviving the round in CS for example.

I am ok with that to be honest. :) I am angry with the amount of music games out there so this type of news is hardly going to make someone like me happy.
