No-fast travel and no timeskip are what makes the game so great, without those two things it would just be another generic open world game, but because you're forced to go on these 2-3 day adventures you find these "moments" in the game that make it better than any other game out there.

I can't think of another game that delivered on this adventure feeling, you have to stock up, upgrade everything, hire new pawns, get some sleep so you can leave at daybreak, then you head out and don't return for days.

Not to mention if you were just warping everywhere you would miss out on so much, most of the amazing things have happened not because of a scripted quest but because you're walking along a quiet road waiting to be ambushed at any time.

Sadly the sequel will listen to the vocal few who want Skyrim 2.0 and we'll get them forced on us anyway.

I've found plenty of loot, including a 2handed hammer called The Gold Teeth, worth 200,000g when everything else I own is worth 50,000.

You can find a lot of gear, but it's faster to buy stock gear off a merchant first, then replace them with stuff you find.

There is just no "random stat" loot, everything is fixed.

I feel that buying loot in a game about finding loot kind of defeats the point of playing, I've managed to reach end of Act I Inferno without buying anything and remaining self sufficient so I can't see myself giving in any time soon.

Doesn't mean I haven't been selling everything though, 10-30k on every rare, 60-100k if they are really amazing. Everything sells, no matter how bad it is, you just have to find the right price.

Quetzalcoatl does not care for your silly drawings, he will still come for humanity.

Their mistake was going for the iOS audience, the people who are usually paying $1 a game. If they had said from the start it was going to be a PC release this would of been funded weeks ago.

Most people looked at it, saw iOS and closed the page, then went to fund Wasteland or Grim Dawn.

End of June would be enough time to get bored of Diablo 3, I would be fine with that.

But that's very optimistic, as fun as the beta was, it was not 1-2 months from release, they have a lot of work to do.

I lost interest when it moved to handhelds, might start to care again if it returned to consoles.

His speech at the end of the 2008 Olympics was amazing, it wouldn't be right if he wasn't there for 2012 Olympics.

It's already going to be Englands biggest embarrassment, at least he'll make it entertaining.

Picked one up already, looking forward to Gravity Daze and Persona 4 Golden.

If they ever get localized in the far distant future then Phantasy Star Online 2 and Dragons Crown as well, despite having counterparts on other platforms they seem like great portable games.
