Okay, I just dusted off my Wii and played RE 4. It was the first time Ive played my Wii for 5 months, and I want to get more games for it. After much research, Ive narrowed my list of candidates for my next title to this:
Wii

The Nintendo Wii is a home video game console released on November 19, 2006. The Wii's main selling point was the innovative use of motion controls that its signature Wii Remote and Nunchuk controllers allowed for. It became the best selling home console of its respective generation of hardware.
What should my next Wii game be?
I'm also going to say No More Heroes. It's crazy, hilarious, gory fun and a great way to follow up RE4. You can get it for half the price of Twilight Princess these days. If somehow it doesn't manage to tickle your fancy, then save up for Twilight Princess.
I wish I could recommend some, man, but I don't know. Twilight Princess is good, but if you have a Gamecube I think you're better off going with that version. That way you won't have to deal with the Wii remote's lack of buttons and camera control.
No More Heroes doesn't really appeal to me so I haven't played it, and MadWorld apparently isn't that great. I don't know about the other two.
I'm gonna throw OVERKILL into the mix, it's absolutely hilarious; also World at War and The Conduit; and Another Code R, and De Blob. Just to throw in a few more ideas.
As for the suggestions, I'd say get MadWorld. It has a lot going for it, the writing is surprisingly good, and the finishers and boss fights are hilarious; also, good motion controls. I'd get MadWorld over No More Heroes.
Oh god none of them, unless you dont have REmake for Gamecube then get Archives. Otherwise, get House of the Dead Overkill, One Piece Unlimited Adventure or something like that, or Metroid Prime 3. I hated Tenchu and Twilight Princess, and couldnt get on with NMH for very long.
It's not on you list but I found Okami really good fun.
I had no more heroes and i got pretty bored of it.. I know it had great reviews... but there is a reason why you can get it for 20 bucks at EB Games used; its an acquired taste! you can't go wrong with Zeld tho! The game is not as difficult as one would hope tho.. i played it through without dying once and collected every item the first time through without too much trouble. I even beat the 50 lvl Cave without dying a single time (but this was only after collecting all items the game had first including hearts). But its long and has a great story!
" not a single one of those games is worth $50 so i hope you got them at a severely reduced price "they are all between $10 - 25 on Amazon. I don't get suckered into paying full retail price for games. Always find the best deal. :)
Twilight Princess is a nice long game to get stuck into, but i found it disappointing after Wind Waker. Something about it just didn't feel right when playing it.
No More Heroes is rough but excellent. The dialogue and many monologues are great, and it has so much character. Essential playing.
Yeah a lot of you guys are reccommending No More Heroes so it must be good. I will probably get it, the only thing that bothers me is I learned that if you get hit once you fail the mission and not only have to start all over but you have to travel all the way across the city to restart the mission. Doesnt that get really annoying? Or is it not as bad as it would seem once you actually play?
i like no more heroes and twilight princess, maybe you should look at okami? maybe you'd like that aswell.
I'd say get MadWorld. It has a lot going for it, the writing is surprisingly good, and the finishers and boss fights are hilarious; also, good motion controls. I'd get MadWorld over No More Heroes. "agreed, i havent played no more heroes I cannot pass judgement
No love for Madworld eh? Thats a shame. While i would normally recommend TP and NMH first, Madworld is something you should experience. It isnt as solid as No More Heroes, but if you liked old-school beatemups, you'll love madworld. I'm not just saying that because the soundtrack came out yesterday and i downloaded a few songs ; )
I had a better time with Twilight Princess than No More Heroes, but both are worth getting (for cheap at least).
I find it strange that I enjoyed NMH that much because all parts of it screams "bad game" material. But cutting dudes to death with the same motions over and over, killing the bosses which all had very original personalities but had all the same gameplay patterns, and doing side missions, strangely enough never got old.
