    The fighter is a classic character in many role-playing games. The fighter specializes in armed physical combat, either close-up or at a distance. They tend to be one of the heavier damage-dealing members of an adventuring party. They usually have more hit points than other character classes, and are able to equip better armor, making them perfect front-line combatants. Success in melee often depends on the strength of your fighter.
