Strangely enough I'm yet to encounter somebody using the hunter in co-op. I've seen a ton of Roland, a bunch of Lilith, & a Brick or two, but so far no Mordecai.

I am playing as Brick and loving it, the berserking skill is a ton of fun, shoot down some folks then go in and  finish them with berserk , I also play coop with a friend who is a soldier and  it is a awesome combo with me tanking and him healing. 

I enjoy being a Siren and have yet to try any of the other classes.
 
Perhaps I'll start up a Hunter soon.

I always play as tank classes to start, so it's Brick for me.  I enjoy Mordecai also, though.  He'll definitely be my alt, as heavy DPS classes are usually my secondary.  How is Lilith for DPS, though?  I still haven't used her yet.

Hunter because I plan to play through it cooperatively with 2 other people, and I'm guessing a hunter that specializes in sniping dudes will be pretty powerful.

I love Brick... Some thing about running up to a giant Skag and punching it in the face just seems awesome :P

Also, Fire Artifact +  LT = SHORYUKEN!!!

im nearing the end of my first run though with the soldier and while that is fun im having a whale of a time with the siren at lvl 10.

i started off with a hunter since just about everyone makes a soldier. its kinda fun. chances are i'll be way better at sniping for other games after platying this for 50 hours.

I have tried all of them, but I like Roland the best and will be finishing the game with him.  I could see myself playing pretty deep into the game with Mordecai, too.

I started today.  I'm really enjoying the Siren.  I like the fact that she can just scoot away if things get too hairy or jump in and whack a dude before he even knows she's there.  Mobility, that's what I like.

 Roland seems the ideal way to go. I'm disappointed in the action skill system. It pretty much makes the three other characters useless. I also don't think any form of "Brick" is really strong enough to just sit there and be a meat shield for more than a couple seconds. Hence why I didn't play alongside a single Brick in my whole playthrough. I did end up choosing Lilith, though, maxing out her Phase duration. It's great beating everyone else to the exits and flanking enemies.

I'm playing as Mordecai right now.

started out as a soldier and got to 16 but switched to with the hunter and haven't looked back since.  bloodwing is amazing and the sniper tree makes peoples heads pop off easier.

When I get this(tomorrow)  I'll be playing as Lilith, because shes totally hot.

I've only played as the Hunter, but I have thoroughly enjoyed it.  The way I have him specialized, he is pretty much unstoppable.  I am nearing the level cap.  My current level is at 42 and my skill points were distributed pretty evenly between Sniper and Gunslinger.  I greatly increased my sniper and pistol clips to carry more ammo, all my rounds can penetrate shields, whenever I kill a dude it recovers health and allows me to do more damage per shot, and I picked up a Class Mod that allows me to regenerate pistol ammo.  My current load out consists of the following:

• TMP8.2 Cold Torment (lvl 31) rapid fire pistol

• PPZ30 Steel Thunder (lvl 35) sniper rifle

• SPR40 Incendiary Shotgun (lvl 33) (x1 fire) <-- High Chance
  

• EQ330-8 Bloody Equalizer (lvl 26) revolver

Mordecai has dreads, I have dreads.........

  I'm loving the Berserker,  lots of fun pounding weaklings to death while laughing maniacally.  I'm a "front lines" kinda guy anyway so the up close nature of Brick really suits my play style.  My favorite class out of the 4, though honestly they all are a lot of fun to play.

Roland since I played him the first time 'round and I found him to be incredibly versatile. I'm playing Lilith now and she's a little tricky but I'll get around it. I'll probably play as Mordecai after that.

Im shocked there aren't more berserker's, they are tons of fun and are by far the best dueling class.

Roland, I usually always go with the well-rounded, balanced character. Borderlands just happens to also provide such a character and with support skills as well.

Siren. They all get pretty beefy end game but Siren is great cause travelling around and using Phase Walk to move faster is handy.

Haven't played it yet, but i think im gonna play as Hunter first.

Tanks are where i'm at, in a hole, low on health? Then run up and punch someone in the face with your explosive fists

Level 22 with...ME!

Roland isn't support although he is capable of it he is primarily a soldier and his turret along with high damage output and high damage resistance upgrades makes him extremely appealing for solo play. I played all but the Siren to lvl 20 before taking Roland the soldier through the game.

Brick is my favorite character. Taking shit loads of damage then going berserk and killing people by uppercutting them with the incendiary artifact attached while healing fast as hell at the same time and resisting all kinds of damage never gets old. Also his maniacal laugh and things he say make the game that much better. Melee has never been so much fun.
 
How is Brick the least liked? 

lilith, just because she's hot and her power is awesome.

I started as Roland as I rented it for just a night to see if I liked it.
 
Ordered my own copy now but am going to main Mordecai; mostly because I found that even as Roland I was using the sniper rifle the most and fancy getting some killer headshots xD.
 
I am playing through with a mate who is using Lilith. Strange that neither of us wanted to main either the tank or support but I doubt we will have any trouble; we only died once each between levels 1-14 (because we ran into an area where we were extremely under-leveled).

I'm playing with Mordecai. I love sniping.

I went with Mordecai, probably going with Lilith as my second character.  Mordecai is great though. 

Picked Siren first - her phasewalk starts out really meh but gets a lot better once you start adding class mods to it.  Plus, you can spec her so her melee attack does Corrosive damage :D 
 
I do only play her online though - play a Soldier solo, but that's only because he's the most survivable.  The classes do seem kinda imbalanced though... he's much better all around for everything (can regen health and ammo, heal people, brings 2 guns to the fight instead of one...)

After watching the QL by Jeff, I decided that support was for me.  Roland can grow bullets for god's sake!!!

Been Lilith for me this time round. Next ill prob try the hunter
