I'll accept this answer for this post, but I'm actually looking more for specific pieces of content Jeff has been a part of or created. I say this because I don't want a bunch of posts saying the same thing as you. I want something he has done on/since Giant Bomb.

I'll go for Prince of Persia, just to spite CL60 :P. However, on Jeff...I actually have no idea. I'm not sure that any of the reviews he's written count, since they didn't elicit a "wow, this is awesome" response. That said, I'll go with...the Noby Noby Boy Quick Look?

Mine would be this video, was really sad but i'll never forget it. Was rough but it created giant bomb so it all worked out for the better.

And if i won i would take nimbus, been wanting to check that out.

Oh, i must be blind, didn't see the giant bomb era thing so i guess mine would be the disturbingly hilarious video where all the girls line up and Jeff unboxes the 3DS then takes them back to the bar. And yea, nimbus looks good if i win, thanks again for setting these up.

Is it my favorite?  I dunno, maybe not, hard to say, I'm not a 'favorites' kind of person, but it is certainly up there, and is one of the first things I thought of besides the P4 Endurance run - Story Hour: Adventures! 
 
As for the game, Prince of Persia.

@Video_Game_King: Oh god, you don't even want to know about the last time there was Giant Bomb fan fiction... there was cannibalism involved. It was fairly disgusting.

During the Persona 4 Endurance Run the episode where they fight Mitsuo's Shadow (The Void Quest). Before the battle Mitsuo ask, twice, "damnit who are you guys, how did you get here?" and Jeff just goes "Repeating myself a third time perhaps. What is your identity and how did you come to be in this location?!"... That made me laugh out loud for some reason.

A Reckless Disregard for Gravity would be a lovely addition to the always growing collection.

Don't really have one. I guess the time he drank that stuff when he lost the bet and jumped up and down. The Temple of Elemental Evil: A Classic Greyhawk Adventure

My favorite thing he did was singing "tracksuit" instead of "bad news" on that RB3 song for the Big Live Live Show Live, whilst wearing the tracksuit.

Video Thing: 2Human and the first five or ten minutes of the 03/29/11 Bombcast are what instantly come to mind, though Quick Look: Dragonball Evolution and Persona 4 Endurance Run-Episode 30-55 are also really strong contenders.

I couldn't tell you specifically which episode it was in, but he had a great quote while talking about... I think Band Hero and Taylor Swift.  I immediately wrote it down on my quote wall.
