Your Game of the Year Thus Far?

I can't really decide. My top 3 nominees would be Infamous, Plants Vs. Zombies, and Batman: AA. Street Fighter 4 would follow all those closely. But I can't pick mine. At the end of the year I'll probably be adding for R&C: aCiT and Uncharted 2 to that list. If Uncharted 2 is a rather large step up from the first one it might be my pick. But let's face, MW2 is going to get GOTY from almost everywhere (though I ain't buying it).

Not sure, but I would probably nominate Scribblenauts if it turns out to be as good as expected.

Probably Street Fighter IV so far this year.  I've played the fuck out of it.

Shadow Complex cause i havent really played that many games this year.

I liked Star Ocean 4 the best so far. Followed by Infamous

Street Fighter 4. They've managed to make fighting games cool again. Updated it to appeal to new people yet satisfy old veterans and it looks fantastic on all platforms.

So far? It would have to be SF4.

inFAMOUS.

That's a tough one,but honestly I think I'll have to say KillZone2,with Shadow Complex very close.But I know ODST and Modern Warfare 2 will be better.

I really like Infamous, but I'm pretty sure when my copy of batman comes in the mail Arkham Asylum will become number 1 so far; i loved that cartoon!

 But for me Lost Odyssey... that was the best game i played this year.

Mine so far is Resident Evil 5 but I think that'll change with the huge lineup of games coming out this fall.

Resident Evil 5 for me.

HALO WARS....But im biased seeing that is the only 2009 released game i've played. I've been catching up on alot of the 2008 holiday releases this year.

Batman: AA for me. It is my first platinum and I am waiting with my credit card in hand for some DLC. I can't get enough of the Bats!

I don't think mine has arrived yet. 

Street Fighter IV, of course! I will have Batman tomorrow, perhaps that will change my stubborn ways.

Killzone 2 or MvC2

The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition.
 
I haven't played a lot of games from this year yet.

Batman: Arkham Asylum, Shadow Complex, Resident Evil 5 and FEAR 2 are all at an equal level for me as far as enjoyment goes.

Man, thinking about it, I haven't bought a single game so far this year O_O

Having only played a small handful of games this year, I'd have to say The Sims 3... although it probably won't be my GOTY by year's end.

For me, Killzone 2 and Infamous.

Due to the lopsided nature of game releases, as well as my own personal preferences, I really haven't played much that has come out this year. 
 
However, I will say that Street Fighter 4 is pretty awesome, even if everyone on my friend's list is better than me.

But with Halo ODST this year I've a feeling it might change ^

Resident Evil 5, but once I get my hands on Batman: Arkham Asylum, that might just change.

Resident Evil 5. It's actually the only game I've played so far from 2009 that seems to be worthy of a GOTY nomination.

It would have to be Dawn of Discovery, excellent game.
