Well, as some of you may have heard, my xbox broke with the E74 error. After sending it back to MS saying it had the RROD for a free repair, I actually started to play my wii. during my 360's hospital visit, I managed to finish all 121 stars with luigi, playthrough wario shake it, and finish No More Heroes. Although this sounds like a lot, it really isn't. I had about 100 stars, wario is a 4 hour game, and I had like 2 hours left with No More Heroes.
What was the major game I played? Tekken 3. Yea, that's right, tekken 3 for the ps1. I played this way more than my wii.
And thinking about it, I had more fun with this old game than I had with anything on the wii. Speaks volumes.
Then I got my 360 back today and I realized how awesome it is.
Anyway, what did we learn?

I enjoy my PS1 more than my Wii.
"Thing about old games is that they werent all about graphics, they were more about gameplay."
that's not true at all. Games have always been about both. I remember one of the huge things about Tekken 3 was its graphics.
Don't let people say graphics is taking over where as it was only about gameplay before, that's simply not true. It has always been the same situation for the most part.
"^ But it's still over ten years old"It doesn't really matter dude, when the few good games on the Wii equal what, less than I can count on one hand...and the rest of its library consists of things just using the controller as a complete gimmick, more so than it already is, and the rest being stupid mini-game collections, its not hard to top it. Even for a 10+year old console.
Maybe it was just the games I had got, but aside from the Final Fantasy support, Tekken, and Metal Gear Solid, I thought the PS1's game library sucked.
Wii doesn't have a terribly good one itself, but it's got games I like more.
I actually think it's time to consider the ban hammer on Smug now. I don't say this lightly, we've all been patient and explained to him that his confrontational posts are not welcome here but he just doesn't/won't get the message.
