Too many people use that line out of context. She isn't saying that cake doesn't exist, she is saying that it isn't a reward for test subjects. But since she stresses so greatly on how much cake means to the test subjects, (not to mention the numerous cake-based achievements) she is clearly making a statement that there is no higher goal than to eat cake.

I'd have to go with cake, but that is mainly cause I'm good at making cakes. I suck at making pies. My specialty is this awesome apple and cinnamon cake which is a recipe from my great grandmother.
You have it wrong, Levio. As much as Soulja Boy loves his cake, pie is where it's at. I mean, you've got apple pie, pumpkin pie, cherry pie... the list goes on and on. Cake isn't quite as diverse.
