Seems like they nailed the source material really well. All the same voice actors and the style, feels a lot like the original anime. It's really a shame that theres the targeting issues, and probably not too exciting combat.
 
Ryan and Vinny, you guys are jerks for picking on Dragonball, it was a fun anime(talking about the original, not "Z"). Though from playing this game I almost don't blame you for hating on the universe.

yaa...that looks pretty bad.  I use to watch this cartoon back in middleschool....Dragon Ball Z tho.  I remember there only being one fairly decent Dragon Ball game.  It was more of a street fighter-esque type game.  It came out by the time I had kinda grown out of watching the show and anime in general tho.
 
oh ya, that and Dragon Ball Legends was actually pretty good and unique.  3 on 3 battles.
 
(just looked the game up, it was Super Dragon Ball Z)

Vinny really likes Dragonball. He's just comes to terms with that most of the games based on it are no good. Also that was the most falling apart end to a quicklook ever.

Not sure I understand why they do quick looks for games like these...

It's very obvious that he doesn't think that dragonball games are worth a quicklook, and that it is redundant to do a quicklook for DA twice, even if one is the console version.  I really don't see how his statement could cause any confusion.

The DA QL part is him complaining (for some reason) about the fact that there are separate quick looks for the PC and 360 versions of Dragon Age: Origins. I'm not sure what he means that someone needs to get their act together, because this was quite entertaining.

I would rather see NAMCO BANDAI create something like this which is original than just create another Budokai Tenkaichi game.

I thought the main game looked kind of fun.  Nothing that far removed from a bunch other generic PS1-era beat-em-up games, but still entertaining as a rental if you're into Dragon Ball and those kinds of games.  I've certainly played a lot worse as a kid.  Also:
