@dagas: DS9 was boring and kinda dumb.
Nothing really ever happened and I find it hard to believe that an advanced race would be gullible enough to believe that the shapeshifters were their gods.

I mean they got to where they were technologically through science and yet a shapeshifter shows up claiming she's their god and they don't ask for any evidence to back it up.
Just seems really stupid to me.
Apart from this, it took ages for anything to happen in that series.

Oh well... To each his own.

Joining the chorus of SLOW DOWN BRAD. Half or 1/4 speed is good for turning. Full speed for getting distance to set up attack runs.

I mean, they wouldn't give you variable speed if it didn't matter, right.

When you are fighting the really easy enemies (ie Orion Corvettes) put on attack mode, makes the combat go much faster.

I'm willing to bet the tribble ate it.

Also, about the exploit/expose thing.
If you expose and enemy, it will have that weird targetting thing on it, use an exploit attack on one of these enemies and it'll do a lot of damage, usually instant killing them, and it'll do the disintegrating animation.

The reason Brad sucked in space combat was because he has his power set to full engines and only 25 to weapons lol.

Space Bar is the hotkey for autoattack (if using phasers). Or like I said in a previous post, bind Fire All Weapons to the middle mouse button and use that.

Also torpedoes can be set to autofire, but only one weapon each in front and aft can be set to autofire at one time. You just have autofire set to phasers, which is indeed the better option.

You get the choice between Cruiser (tank) escort (dps) and science (Buff/debuff) vessels. I went for escort, its a pretty cool ship, lotsa cannons and phasers on it. "

Funnily enough though, science vessels actually end up being better tanks because they seem to have the best shields, which are far more important than hull hp.

Expose is on certain abilities, it stuns them, and makes your attacks do more damage. That's when you see the crazy freeze-frame disintegrate effect, that dude was exposed and you fired off a special attack.

them "Klinguns" & they looked like man-sized
Leprecauns out to start shit. It was cool. The
