I don't recall any "cringe-worthy" gameplay. I think that controls just suck. That and all the bad reviews going out about the same I'd say it's the game.

Can you imagine playing that game with that huge ass weird controller? Yea I'm sure 95% of the fans of the game can't either.

Just get the PC version via steam and use steams new big picture to play it on the TV with an xbox controller?

Yea I'm sure that has nothing to do with the fact that Nintendo probably only put 500K if that up for pre-order so it was 100% going to sell out creating headlines and buzz.
