Thanks for Everything Patrick! Best of Luck in Chicago.

Hello and welcome to the latest edition of the Giant Bomb Community Spotlight! I am your host as always and this week everyone is recovering from the deluge of stuff from E3. Unfortunately this means that we say farewell to our good friend and amazing contributor Patrick Klepek. As it has already been mentioned he'll still be around as our official Chicago Correspondent, but he just wont be at the GameSpot offices. Unfortunately Patrick isn't the only person that we say farewell to this week. Engineer Thomas, @idbloc is also leaving us and you can wish him the best over here. On a brighter note there's a couple of site changes that have been launched! Lists have been re-designed, and there's a new notification system for everyone that misses the old Friend's Feed. Finally for those of you that have noticed that the site automatically scrolls you to the bottom of a forum topic understand that the issue has been located, but the engineers do not have a timeline for when the issue will be fixed.

Yeah, this feature is quickly becoming the Giant Bomb x Anime clip of the week. Anyways, here's a mashup video that crosses Giant Bomb with the Attack on Titan theme song:

Please Take the Time to Thank Everyone Involved in Making E3 2013 Special!

Hello and welcome to the latest edition of the Giant Bomb Community Spotlight! As this week concludes E3 comes to and end and everyone can go back to living a life filled with mundane surprises instead of groundbreaking industry changing ones. However, let's give a hand to everyone involved in production and direction of all of the videos that entertain us this year! Especially after the theft of all of the staff's video equipment it was a significant undertaking to bring you the video entertainment we all enjoyed for this year. On that note special thanks to Danny O'Dwyer and GameSpot for providing Giant Bomb with their spare video kits, and Drew and Vinny for recording and processing hours of entertainment at the cost of their sanity. If case you have time to kill someone has posted Jeff's 6 hour plus recording of his drive to Los Angeles for E3 on YouTube. For those asking you will most likely have to go to Twitch.tv to view the video versions of the E3 Livestreams as an on site archive is unlikely, although the audio versions will be hosted on the site as podcasts. Patrick's Interview Dumptrunk has broken the top ten on iTune's podcast list, although a website named "GamingBlend seems to think that Patrick looks like Shia LaBeouf. Finlly here are the winning banners for our E3 Banner Contest:

Best of Blogs

Hey there are a lot of blogs about people's different interpretations of the console and game announcements during E3 2013. You should read them all because they are all rational and reasonable takes on the future of gaming. See Giant Bomb chat, it is possible. Other non-E3 related blogs come from Video_Game_King who is playing obscure Japanese games as usual. HS21 wants you to help him in turning the always smiling Brad Muir into a meme, and Jan wants you to marvel at his ability to make Halo Spartans dance. Mento has started playing Vampire: The Masquerade and ComradeCrash has been playing State of Decay. Finally TwoLines discusses why Chrono Cross is a baffling masterpiece and Alaska_Gamer talks about Double Dragon Neon and Demon's Souls.

buzz_clik Continues to Amaze Us With His Artistry This Week!

Hello and welcome to the latest edition of the Giant Bomb Community Spotlight! Good news to all of our Australian users! Giant Bomb will be represented in some way at PAX Australia this year! Are you ready for Giant Bomb to invade Australia? In other interesting staff news Vinny has set up a Tumblr account and is answering all of your video and fatherly questions over there. You can also ask him wildly inappropriate things, but it's up to him to answer them. Jeff was recently on an episode of This Week in Tech, featuring someone name Leo Laporte and talked about the Xbox One. Also Friday was @mattyftm's birthday! If you haven't yet wished him a Happy Birthday go ahead and do that! You might also want to ask him if he's done anything about the testicles on his face.

Special Thanks to Eidderf for This Work of Art!

Hello and welcome to the latest edition of the Giant Bomb Community Spotlight! I am your host as always, ZombiePie. Some Xbox stuff happened this week. Unless you have been living under a rock you probably know that the Xbox One has been revealed and announced. Well that and the community and staff have been in a perpetual buzz about the console. Prior to the Xbox One reveal Patrick announced that before he moves to Chicago he plans on doing one more Jar Time video, send him any questions you may have to his Comic Vine or Tumblr account. Other madness this week includes Jonny Moseley responding (postively might I add) to Ryan's joshing around about Jonny Moseley's Mad Trix. If you enjoyed the old Behind the Screened Door podcast Alex and Matt Rorie have started a new movie podcast for subscribers! If you were wondering why this is subscriber content or have any other questions about this new project head on over here. With that check out these two Bombcast based videos! One about alcohol based enemas and the other being another great Bombcast animated clip:

One more thing about the Xbox One. XONE is the official abbreviation of the Xbox One, and not XBONE while that is considered an alias for the platform. Please keep this in mind when editing the wiki. Oh hey the Shin Megami Tensei IV has an amazingly detailed wiki page! It's almost as if there's a significant Shin Megami Tensei sub-community on Giant Bomb...I wonder how and when that happened. What the heck is Word Realms?! Well read all about the game on its surprisingly detailed wiki page.

Best of Blogs

Send your comments and thanks to Edderf for providing the "Call Zobeck" banner for this week. ArbitraryWater went old school and contemporary this week with his blog about Baldur's Gate and Resident Evil: Revelations. Mento has officially gone mad as he has now gone four weeks of daily game blogs! granderojo had a smashing time with the Game of Thrones mod for Crusader Kings II and discusses why, whereas humanity implores you to play Dragon's Dogma. Oh and people talked about the Xbox One...lots of people. Jensonb, Blazehedgehog, and Gamer_152 (and likely others that I didn't catch!) hold the distinction of being able to share their thoughts and opinions about the Xbox One in a rational and calm manner. Check out what they had to say about the reveal. LawGamer provides the second episode to his video game copyright blog series, simultaneously dankempster shares the fourth episode of his Metal Gear May Madness blog series. Fobwashed has a handful of detailed reviews for soundcards and headsets, and FLStyle keeps you updated on the Fighting Game Community with an event list for UFGT9.

These are the
These are the "Top Men" of Giant Bomb!

Hello and welcome to the latest edition of the Giant Bomb Community, and I'm your host as always! It's a slow week in terms of games but there's plenty of video content to enjoy this week. You got three Bombasticas, plenty of Quick Looks, Icelandic text and video content, and plenty of other great stuff to mull over. That said if you were on the site at any point earlier in the week you may have had issues with editing the wiki or posting on the site. Following that there were issues with the moderation tools that involved users getting necessarily banned without warning. If you ever have these issues never hesitate to attempt to contact @rorie our new Community Manager, he'll get to the bottom of anything now. At least that's what I have been told they are paying for...jeez I hope they are paying him. Speaking of Rorie, he may be on the Guinness Book of World Records as being the first person to write a blog about unemployment with pictures of puppies in it. Also great work Giant Bomb Community in your input on where the Mega Man series should go next:

Yeah.......
